At Mapo Belgium, we have more than 40 years of experience in the industrial finishing of parquet floors, sheet materials, construction timber and cladding. The possibilities are almost limitless: sanding, light brushing to heavy texturing, smoking, ageing, colouring, oiling and lacquering.

Our facility in Houthalen-Helchteren is equipped with 2 automatic production lines consisting of no less than 160 and 220 meters long. In our finishing line, we can apply up to 7 layers in just one pass. Thanks to the large drying capacity of our finishing lines, many steps in the treatment process can be combined, which makes it attractive in terms of price.

In addition, thanks to our vacuum coater, we can offer a 4-sided treatment in just one pass. For heavily textured substrates, we like to work with our roller line, which is capable of applying the product deep into the grooves to provide good protection.

A lot of products are dried with UV technology and can be packed immediately at the end of the treatment.

We give your products a fully customised treatment. The finish is chosen according to the substrate, and the treatment method is determined on the basis of the supplied profile. Both large projects and small commission orders are welcome from us!

Over the years, the partnership grew into Mapo Belgium where the offering grew to include finishing of various outdoor applications such as facade and terrace boards, construction timber and fire retardant applications.

Meanwhile, we finish large volumes of sheet material daily including MDF, Plywood, various plastics and fibre cement.
