How to install Future Walls?

Easy to install yourself in 6 steps

Before starting, check with a spirit level whether the floor rises or falls from left to right. If it rises, hang the first panel a few cm higher than the ground. This will avoid having to saw off a piece at the bottom of subsequent panels.

Attach a substructure of wooden slats to the wall. If desired, you can provide vertical laths first. Normally only horizontal laths are sufficient. Provide a batten every 40 cm.

Make sure the substructure is solid and level (both vertically and horizontally).

Lay the panels in order and take the right panel first. If not done in advance with us, shorten the panels to the desired height.

Place the first panel in the left corner. Make sure it is perpendicularly level. Using a non- or nail gun, shoot the left side (1 cm from the edge) of the first panel onto the wooden slats. Alternatively, you can use a strong elastic adhesive, type TEC7.

Screw the panel straight into the click slot against the wooden slats. This click slot becomes invisible when installing the next panel. Instead of screwing, you can also staple or glue.

- Our preference: screws 3.5mm x 16 mm (or longer).

- Do not put heavy force on the joint so that the panel is not pulled inwards.
