Fire-retardant treatments

Thanks to the application of a fire-retardant coating, fire resistance can be significantly increased. This enables us to make your product comply with European Standards.

Wood products used outdoors always need additional protection to prevent the applied fire retardant from leaching out of the wood due to the weather and thus causing the wood to lose its fire retardant properties. For such treatment, it is important to study the product and installation thoroughly.

We offer you the necessary support during the various phases of your project and advise you on the treatment required, depending on the product to be treated.

Anti-slip

Applying an additional coating to your floor application not only provides a slip-resistant surface but also serves as an additional protective layer against wear and tear. It is possible to apply an anti-slip coating to virtually any surface, with a wide range of colour options available.

Wij bekijken graag samen met u welke coating het meest geschikt is naargelang het type ondergrond (hout, kunststof, metaal,.. ), de omgeving (UV, chemicaliën, ..) en het doel van de coating (zwaar verkeer, hygiënische omgeving, ..) .

Anti-static

Een anti-statische lak heeft als functie het voorkomen of verminderen van de opbouw en accumulatie van statische elektriciteit op oppervlakken. Statische elektriciteit kan ontstaan wanneer twee materialen met verschillende elektrische geleidbaarheden in contact komen en weer van elkaar gescheiden worden. Dit kan voorkomen in diverse industrieën en toepassingen, zoals in de elektronica, de grafische sector, of bijvoorbeeld in cleanrooms.
Door het aanbrengen van een anti-statische lak op oppervlakken, wordt de mogelijkheid tot het vasthouden van elektrische lading verminderd. Dit is vooral belangrijk in situaties waar statische ontlading schade kan veroorzaken aan gevoelige elektronische componenten, zoals bij de productie en hantering van elektronische apparaten.
Anti-statische lakken kunnen ook worden gebruikt in omgevingen waar het risico op elektrostatische ontlading gevaarlijk kan zijn, bijvoorbeeld in de nabijheid van ontvlambare materialen of in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen. Over het algemeen dragen anti-statische lakken bij aan het verminderen van de kans op ongewenste elektrische lading en de potentiële schade die hierdoor kan ontstaan.
