V-FINISHING

To meet rising market demand, the V-Finishing facility was opened in Oudsbergen in 2021. Here, we are equipped to wet-finish both manually and semi-automatically. Thanks to this expansion, we are able to offer large print runs within compliant delivery times.

Within V-Finishing, we finish large volumes of window and door profiles to length every day. All kinds of long goods (up to 6.5 metres) are automatically lacquered and baked here in a single pass, making the end product immediately ready for packing.

The capabilities were recently expanded with an autonomous spray wall where we apply functional coatings (shockproof, fireproof, antibacterial) to various substrates.
