Bij Mapo Belgium hebben we meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in het industrieel afwerken van parketvloeren, plaatmaterialen, constructiehout en gevelbekleding<\/strong>. De mogelijkheden zijn bijna grenzeloos: schuren, licht borstelen tot zwaar structureren, roken, verouderen, kleuren, oli\u00ebn en lakken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Onze vestiging te Houthalen-Helchteren is uitgerust met 2 automatische productielijnen<\/strong> die bestaan uit een lengte van maar liefst 160 en 220 meter lang.
In onze lakstraat kunnen wij tot 7 lagen aanbrengen in slechts \u00e9\u00e9n doorgang. Dankzij de grote droogcapaciteit van onze afwerkingsstraten kunnen heel wat stappen in het behandelingsproc\u00e9d\u00e9 gecombineerd worden, wat het prijstechnisch aantrekkelijk<\/strong> maakt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daarnaast kunnen we dankzij onze vacu\u00fcmcoater een 4-zijdige behandeling aanbieden in slechts \u00e9\u00e9n doorgang. Voor de zwaar gestructureerde ondergronden werken we graag met onze walslijn die in staat is het product tot diep in de groeven aan te brengen en zo een goede bescherming te bieden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heel wat producten worden met UV-technologie gedroogd en kunnen aan het einde van de behandeling meteen worden verpakt.

Wij geven uw producten een behandeling die volledig op maat is. De afwerking wordt gekozen in functie van de ondergrond, de behandelingsmethode wordt bepaald op basis van het aangeleverde profiel. Zowel grote projecten als kleine commissiebestellingen zijn welkom bij ons!<\/span><\/p>\n

HOUT en zoveel meer …<\/span><\/h1>\n

Hout is een dankbaar en milieuvriendelijk materiaal. Het straalt warmte uit, is duurzaam, geeft een aangenaam gevoel en het brengt een woning of gebouw echt tot leven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mapo Belgium is sinds de opstart gespecialiseerd in de afwerking van diverse houtsoorten<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sinds 1978 vond Jan Schoonbrood zijn passie in de lakwereld bij de firma Mapolux. In 1984 startte hij de firma I.V.S. op die voornamelijk bedreven was in het lakken van schroten en profielen.\u00a0 De groep specialiseerde zich verder in de afwerking van parketvloeren en schroten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Door de jaren heen groeide de samenwerking uit tot Mapo Belgium waarbij het aanbod uitgroeide tot de afwerking van diverse buitentoepassingen zoals gevel- en terrasplanken, constructiehout en brandvertragende applicaties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ondertussen werken wij dagelijks grote volumes plaatmateriaal af waaronder MDF, Multiplex, diverse kunststofenf en vezelcement.<\/span><\/p>\n
