Chez Mapo Belgium, nous avons plus de 40 ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans la finition industrielle des parquets, des mat\u00e9riaux en feuilles, du bois de construction et des rev\u00eatements de fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>. Notre site de Houthalen-Helchteren est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de 2 lignes de production automatiques<\/strong> d'une longueur impressionnante de 160 et 220 m\u00e8tres. Dans notre ligne de laquage, nous pouvons appliquer jusqu'\u00e0 7 couches en un seul passage. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la grande capacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9chage de nos lignes de finition, de nombreuses \u00e9tapes du processus de traitement peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es, ce qui le rend attractif en termes de prix.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre vernisseuse sous vide, nous pouvons offrir un traitement sur quatre faces en un seul passage. Pour les substrats fortement textur\u00e9s, nous aimons travailler avec notre ligne de rouleaux, qui est capable d'appliquer le produit en profondeur dans les rainures pour assurer une bonne protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

De nombreux produits sont s\u00e9ch\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de la technologie UV et peuvent \u00eatre emball\u00e9s d\u00e8s la fin du traitement.

Depuis 1978, Jan Schoonbrood a trouv\u00e9 sa passion dans le monde du laquage au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Mapolux. En 1984, il cr\u00e9e la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 I.V.S. qui se sp\u00e9cialise principalement dans le laquage de moulures et de profil\u00e9s. Le groupe s'est \u00e9galement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la finition des parquets et des moulures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Au fil des ans, le partenariat s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour devenir Mapo Belgium, o\u00f9 l'offre s'est \u00e9largie pour inclure la finition de diverses applications ext\u00e9rieures telles que les panneaux de fa\u00e7ade et de terrasse, le bois de construction et les applications ignifuges.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, nous traitons quotidiennement de grands volumes de mat\u00e9riaux en feuilles, notamment des panneaux MDF, des contreplaqu\u00e9s, divers plastiques et du fibrociment.<\/span><\/p>\n
