Um der steigenden Marktnachfrage gerecht zu werden, wurde 2021 die V-Finishing<\/strong> Niederlassung in Oudsbergen er\u00f6ffnet. Hier sind wir in der Lage, sowohl manuell als auch halbautomatisch nass zu finishen.<\/strong> Dank dieser Erweiterung sind wir in der Lage, gro\u00dfe Serien innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Lieferzeiten anzubieten.<\/p>\n

Bei V-Finishing werden t\u00e4glich gro\u00dfe Mengen von Fenster- und T\u00fcrprofilen auf L\u00e4nge gebracht. Alle Arten von Langgut (bis zu 6,5 Meter) werden hier in einem einzigen Durchgang automatisch lackiert und eingebrannt, so dass das Endprodukt sofort verpackungsfertig ist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die M\u00f6glichkeiten wurden k\u00fcrzlich um eine autonome Spritzwand erweitert, an der wir Funktionsbeschichtungen (sto\u00dffest, feuerfest, antibakteriell)<\/strong> auf verschiedene Substrate auftragen.<\/p>\n
